Wives who feel stuck and uncertain, and want to clarify, live, and own their authentic selves unapologetically;

Women who want to understand the nervousness/on edge-ness they feel day to day and learn how to manage and lessen its invisible weight;

Men who want to share their story and truth in a judgement/shame-free zone, and become emotionally grounded and healthy for themselves, their wives and children; and

People who want to feel joy and peace, and show up as their best selves in their relationships with significant people in their lives. 

During Mental/Emotional Health Therapy, we often treat:

- Anxiety

- Loss and/or grief

- Postpartum anxiety and/or depression

We provide a virtual, online therapeutic experience. All you need is WiFi, Chrome or Safari, and a webcam. The set-up is super simple. To help guarantee success, we offer a thorough initial self-inquiry process so that you can identify unknown needs and unspoken desires, and develop a customized plan to help you get there.


Peace Be Still: Journey to a Calmer, Healthier You

This 6 week group was created for Christian women who struggle with feeling at ease and are tired of feeling anxious. During this 6 week journey, you will explore your experience with anxiety and learn how to respond to it in a way that calms. You will also gain a deeper understanding about your emotional life and practice how to soothe yourself daily. Here, you can share your story and connect with women who get it.
