This service is also great for individuals who have engaged in therapy before and discontinued frequency due to healing but would like to still check in.

What to expect

Step 1. Schedule your Self Help/Wellness check in.

Step 2. Engage in questionnaire to uncover your emotional and mental health status.   

Step 3: Thoughtfully discuss the outcome and results of the questionnaire.

Step 4: Develop and agree on a customized plan to strengthen and improve your emotional and mental wellness.

Step 5: Actualize this plan and relish in the fruit of your wellness!
